With SiteProPlus.com and IDX technology your real estate site will have the following features:

Search: Allows consumer to search for properties in the MLS. If you are a member of more than one MLS, the search will span both sets of data, and results from both MLS's on the account will display matching properties.
Featured Properties: Using your personal, or office MLS ID, you'll be able to filter listings to a page, such as "My Properties", or "Our Properties". This page automatically updates with active listings in the MLS that belong to the ID code used.
Email Updates: Similar to a "saved search", visitors to your site can enter specific criteria they are looking for, and then apply their contact information. The system will automatically send out an email with information about those matching properties. This system operates in a self serve style where the consumer can sign themselves up. Or, you can use this tool in a proactive manner and setup new email update subscribers as needed.
Customer Login: Since this is an interactive solution, your customer will be able to login and review properties they have saved.
SiteProPlus offers real estate agents and brokers many other related tools that are setup in an account by default. All of these tools are optional, andyou can select which ones to use, or not use.
Tools include: Mortgage Calculator, Contact Page, Supplemental Listings (manually updated non-MLS listings), CMA/Home Valuation Page, Pending/Sold Gallery, Open House Gallery, Agent Roster, and a Quick Search tool for the home page.
